FAQ
What is the purpose of the white ink transition?
This innovation comes in response to updated EU regulations related to the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). In parallel with the new ink, Brother is also introducing an updated pretreatment solution that meets GOTS approval requirements, enabling customers to align more easily with certified organic production processes.
By ensuring compliance with these stricter environmental and chemical standards, Brother is reinforcing its commitment to reducing the ecological impact of textile printing. The combination of GOTS-approved ink and pretreatment supports cleaner production methods, improved resource efficiency, and greater transparency across the supply chain.
With this launch, Brother continues to move the industry forward—helping businesses adopt more responsible practices without compromising on print quality or performance.
